To create a private and safe atmosphere - with full attention to detail - all sessions are limited to 12 Ranch Hands. Each is approved through an application process prior to camp.Fill out your application now. And all campers will adhere to the Ranch-Handbook.

Discounts

Multi-child* - Bring your sibling, bring your best friend. The more, the merrier! May also be used to pre-pay for two years.
Buy one camp regular price = 2nd is half price
Example:
$1850 + $925 = $2,775 for two ($1,388 each)

$1850 - 20% = $1,480 for one camper

4-H, Equestrian Team, or FFA* - 10% off
We love horse organizations and love to support whenever we can! Your's not listed? Let us know and we'll see if you qualify.
Example:
$1850 - 10% = $1,665 for one camper

We do everything we can to keep the price down for campers. We don't want anyone to miss out on this great adventure. Please complete the scholarship application and fax to 888-711-9677.  Two scholarship campers will be chosen at a discounted rate.

Payment method

We accept Visa, Mastercard and personal checks. 50% deposit is due to reserve space. Full payment is required 30 days prior to camp start date. See Forms page .

Cancellation policy

Camp spaces canceled prior to camp start date receive the following refunds:
 120+ days = 100% refund
 90+ days = 75% refund
 60+ days = 50% refund
 30+ days = 25% refund
 less than 30 days = no refund

All un-refunded money may be redeemed within one year for another camp session.
